Does Paw Insight replace a vet?
No. Paw Insight is a tool for understanding the situation. A diagnosis always comes from a vet. If you are worried about your dog’s health, contact a veterinarian.
Is Koiru free?
Yes. Daily entries, family sharing, reminders, vaccinations, documents and the Care Card are included in the free version. Premium unlocks additional support.
What information do you store?
Only what you log yourself: entries, photos and the basics about your dog. Data is stored in the EU, and you can delete your account whenever.
Does Koiru work for households with multiple dogs?
Yes. With Premium you can add up to 5 dogs. Each dog gets its own view, reminders and history.
What is Skills?
Skills is a per-dog training section. It shows training paths, today’s exercise, instructions, an optional timer, feedback and your progress — calmly, without pressure.
What does "Paw Insight compares with history" mean?
Paw Insight checks whether something similar has happened before and what was recorded then. The recommendation is based on your dog’s own history, not only generic advice.
